What is your service fee?
Our diagnostic service fee is $89, which is waived when you proceed with the repair. You'll receive a complete quote before any work begins.

Is there a warranty on repairs?
Absolutely. All our repairs come with a 1-year parts & labor warranty. We use genuine manufacturer parts for all repairs.
Do you work with building management?
Yes, we regularly work with building management, doormen, and supers throughout NYC. We provide Certificates of Insurance (COI) upon request.
